Description
We want to make wine for Nordic cuisine.
Fruit wine - well worth noting!
Although we can grow Rondo, Solaris and other grapes in Denmark, it will be difficult for us to compete with Germany and France when the quality and economy must match.
This is not the case with fruit wine.
Because we grow some of the world's best fruit in Denmark. The fluctuating temperatures during the growing season and not least between day and night, because the fruit gives a high acid content.
And the acid is just the most interesting thing with a winemaker's glasses.
These are fruity wines with lots of acid and fine fruit in the nose and taste.
Ideal companions for Nordic cuisine.

Appearance: Clear golden colour with no head.
Aroma: Sweet apples, apples, some alcohol, acidic.
Body: Medium body, flat carbonation,
Flavour: Apples, sweet apples, acidic, tart, alcohol.

[5/10/2019] Bottle sample at Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2019. Blue session. Amber. Apple, cookie, caramel, sweet, honey, rounded. Very good.

Bottle @ MBCC 2019. Pours clear deep golden, no head, some think lacings. Aroma of sweet rich apples, alcohol. Flavor is sweet, light tart fruity, rich apples, ripe apple, alcohol. Full body, oily mouthfeel, flat, sweet finish with warming alcohol. 110519

Bottled. A dark amber cider. The aroma has notes of apples, vinegar, and spices. The flavor is sweet with notes of vinegar, apples, and lemons, leading to a tart finish.

Sample @ MBCC 2019, green session. No head. Color is maber. Aroma and taste are rich intense apples, little sugar, flowers and has a nice sweet finish.

RBHD-samling hos RB-Bryne, og etter 10 gode ratinger på det overbevisende Brix Brygghus er vi nå gang med å gi gass for alvor. Med Lindheim Farmer's Reserve Pure, etterfulgt Toppling Goliath Fire, Skulls & Money befant vi oss langt inne i komfortsonens hovedmanesje, og så kommer verten trekkende med denne! 0,375 flaske av meget elegant utseende, og innholdet matchet forventningene: intens og lekker, superkonsentrert aroma og smak av pærer og epler av ulike slag. Vi nøt den i små dråper gjennom hele kvelden. En höjdare som gjorde inntrykk på oss alle.

Shared bottle at local tasting, vintage 2015. ABV is 8.0%. Deep golden colour. Nice aroma of apples. Lovely and intense sweet flavour of concentrated apple cider.

Shared bottle at RB/HD at Kjetil’s 27.04.19. Clear golden. No head. Superbly concentrated arom and taste of apples, apple juice, apple cider and a hint of almonds. Very, very good! Intense, rather than dry.
