Sampled at 8th Danish Ratebeer Gathering, Ulfborg 2015, day 2. Clear dark orange color, no head. Smell and taste sweetness, honey, quite some fruitiness in this, peach, mandarin, lightly alcohol. Nice quite smooth finish.

Bottle bought @ Stanpol, Warsaw, taken to the US and shared with Meadme. Doré, filament huileux. Arôme est fleuri, belle note mielleuse, fine note sucrée résiduelle, caramel. Palais est doux, sucré, cloying et mielleux complexe avec un petit côté pomme mûre. Note fraîche et organique. Retrouve aussi une fine pointe de menthe.

50cl bottle bought @ Stanpol Wrasaw, split with Meadme. Couleur cuivrée/orangée. Huileux doré au verre. Arôme, on retrouve ce côté très organique et mielleux traditionnel polonais surtout dans le processus de barrique. Rétro donnant des effluves de raisin, pointe herbacée et légèrement fleurie. Palais est mielleux, super caramélisé avec une pointe fruitée noire de raisin. Sirop, collant aux lèvres, garde une fin note rappelant les herbes de montagnes. Pointe épicée et herbacée sur la fin tout en conservant le raisin.

Bottle sample courtesy of tkrjukoff. Pours pale golden without leaving any legs in the glass. Smell is sweet and spicy with honey, cinnamon, sweet mealy apples, hay, allspice and hints of alcohol. Taste is slightly sweet, slightly sour and slightly spicy with honey, lemon, cinnamon, butterscotch hard candy, vanilla hard candy and hints of alcohol. Mouthfeel is round, tiny spicy astringent, tiny tart, slightly boozy and medium bodied. Finish is sweet and sour with honey, lemon, cinnamon, allspice, Lin zest and alcohol. But heavy in the spices but still quite pleasant.
