Transferred from Untappd. Draft at Sherpa House. Crystal clear golden yellow color, light white head with decent lacing. Aroma of subtle straw and white pepper. Taste is lightly toasted peppery caramel, light body. Decent.

Sample thanks to Saxo: Poured an amber with bubble off white head. Aroma is malty, toffee, caramel. Taste is sweet with malts, molasses, caramel and toffee.

Can 500ml. @ [ Højbjerg Tasting ] - Saxo House, Højbjerg - Aarhus, Denmark.

[ As Sherpa Himalayan Red ].
ABV: 5.0%. Clear medium red amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, caramel, dusty. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, dusty, sweet malt, caramel. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20200111]

10/2/2020. Can sample courtesy of Saxo & co, cheers. Pours dark amber with a bubbly off-white head. Aroma of malt, toffee, plum, fig and raisin with a little biscuit. Medium plus sweetness and minimal bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation. Grew on me a bit after poor initial impressions.
