Founded in 1989, Odell Brewing was started by Doug Odell, his wife Wynne, and his sister Corkie. Thirty years later, the culture of family and collaboration still thrives fostering a brewery full of beer-centric people. It is this passion for beer that inspires Odell Brewing to create quality, hand-crafted and innovative brews. Odell Brewing is committed to providing exceptional service to its customers while making positive contributions to their co-workers and community through its outreach and charitable giving programs. Odell Brewing was named the “Best Medium Sized Company to Work For” in Colorado in 2015, is the 34th largest craft brewery in the United States, and recently sold the majority of the company to its co-workers (now co-owners) in a combined management buyout and Employee Stock Ownership Program.

Nose shows shows pine, resinous hops, sweet smelling malt with a bit of caramel.Flavours include pine, resinous notes, soft clean malt.

12oz can. Hazy straw yellow with a small white head. Medium sour aroma followed by a non-descript sour taste. Mild intensity. Missing the fruit component, it’s sour, but kinda bland.

Cask gravity at GBBF 2022. cloudy pink colour lasting white head. tastes of hibiscus. quite refreshing. light fruity beer. bit of raspberry.

Cask at gbbf 2022 day 1. A light hazed pinkish coloured pour with a lasting a loose pinkish head. Aroma is soft wheat, petal, soft lacto, wheat, peppercorn hibiscus. Flavour is composed of semi sweet soft wheat, petal, hibiscus, rose, sour. Palate is sour, floury wheat moderate carbonation. Ok.

The aromas are very mild peach ale. Peach comes out a lot more in flavors, a little more sweet than bitter with good carbonation. Decent body with a peach bittersweet finish. Not too bad.
