Bottle. Nice full wheat malt aroma with hint of banana and peach. Slightly cloudy pale yellow color with small head. Sour wheat malt flavor - has the slightest hint of banana esters. MIld hops/metallic finish - unusual for the style. A decent Weizen - just wish it had more fruitiness in the flavor as it has more of a Kristall Weizen taste - a lemon slice would complement this nicely.

12oz Bottle Pours out very very foamy. Foam goes down very slow. Dark brown with a little red. With some grape tast. Thanks Indiana_Red

Bottle Pours with a HUGE foamy tan head. Formed a cornice on the leeward side of the glass. Nearly a gusher. As the head slowly receded back to earth I was able to discern the color of the actual beer. Seems to be a clear very dark brown. Lots of sweet smokey chocolately notes. Flavor is smokey but plenty sweet and grapey. Some woody dark rasted flavors and a lingering bitter bite at the very end. Slightly dry. Thanks again to Captain Cougar

Bottle pours a very cloudy, murky very pale yellow/white witha thin but dense white head. Aroma of the german variety Hef but faint and not very up front. Flavors are fairly sweet and with a little of the German spicy, fruity notes. Very soft carbonation and a bit of a metalic astringent late trailer.. Thanks again to Captain cougar for this one

Bottle. Sweet butterscotch malt aroma. Cloudy reddish brown color with small head. Slightly sweet butterscotch malt flavor but not nearly as sweet as the aroma would lead you to expect. Very light hops finish with smooth buttery aftertaste. A interesting brown ale - I really enjoyed it - but as the other ratings state - if you don’t like butterscotch - avoid this beer.

Bright amber with a thick head. Lightly crisp, balanced but bland. Canned mushrooms, caramel and almost a hint of toastiness.

Bright straw colour. Fruity, cidery aroma. Fresh, clean flavour, mainly light Cascades but also some balancing pale malts. A pretty respectable blonde ale.

Noogfest Clear amber color with a small white head. In the aroma come light malt and some hops. The flavor is lightly sweet and the body is rather thin. This one lacks the maltiness and body of a good bock although it is well crafted and drinkable, just falls short of what I look for in a good bock.

Clear gold color with a creamy white head. Very tame beer here. Weak aroma has some malt and hops but lacks overall intensity to make it a big player. Lighty bitter with a bit of sourness in the finish. Average.

Almost opaque brown, lasting beige head. Light molasses nose.Starts light carmel, dry malt mid, earthy then a light lingering hop finish. A brown ale? I think not...more of a session type bitter An interesting beer.
