Würzig-süßer, sehr voluminöser Antrunk. Dabei fält ein strenger Unterton auf, bitter, angenehm malzig. Vollmundiger Mittelteil, sehr würzig, mitlerweile vermischt, mit der deutlichen Hopfigkeit, die eine ebenso deutliche Bittterkeit mit sich zieht. Der malzige Ton wird nun etwas schwächer, ist aber auch weiterhin deutlich vertreten. Ein leichter, nicht störender Alkoholton kompensiert dies. (bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a frothy white medium-sized head. Slightly sweet, distinctive lemon-fruity nose with a restrained malt-character. Bitter-sweet flavour, slightly papery malty taste with light herbal notes; bitter-sweet, slightly hoppy finish. Okay for the style.

(bottle) Hazy, amber colour with a fluffy, light-beige foamy head. Light-sweet malty, moderately wheaty aroma with banana-fruity notes in balance with delicate clovy phenols. Dusty, light-sweet flavour with a minimal sour note, light to medium bodied, with a lively but not too fizzy carbonation. Malty, slightly toasted, moderately wheaty taste with a light yeasty tartness and a moderate fruit-character; slightly slim and short, fruity and slightly clovy finish. All in all okay, refreshing Dunkelweizen.

(bottle) Hazy, golden colour with a medium-sized foamy white head. Medium-sweet malty, slightly wheaty and citrus-fruity aroma with a touch of banana in the background. Moderately sweet, slightly sour flavour, light to medium bodied, almost lively carbonated mouthfeel. Yeasty, moderately wheaty taste with a restrained fruit-character; chalky, a bit fizzy, slightly sweet malty and faint fruity finish. Average.

(on tap at a pub in Marktheidenfeld) Clear, pale golden colour with a beautiful and stable blond foamy head. Light sweet, pale malty nose with sour dough and a touch of hops. Moderately bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a well-carbonated mf. Malty, slightly bready taste with herbal hops; dry and herbal hoppy finish with a balanced malty blend. Clean and solid German Pilsener (04.02.07).

Bottle. Strong sour malt aroma - slight molasses. Tan color with decent head. Sour malt flavor - slightly sweet and mild hops flavor. Very full bodied.
