On tap at an Asian restaurant (fine but not great) then draft at Zur Wache, Marktheidenfeld Friday 24th October 2025 after a 7-8 hour drive from Hoek Van Holland. Pours light gold, almost clear, actually it's definitely clear, nice soft mouthfeel, a little dry, however not as crisp as hopped, also bitterness light to middling, actually after the next beer at Zur Wache this is a improvement, actually great clarity, still lacking a little bitterness, oh wait after the Kellerbier you really notice the bitterness, good stuff.

Bottle at an Asian restaurant (fine but not great) then bottle at Zur Wache (much, much better), Marktheidenfeld Friday 24th October 2025 after a 7-8 hour drive from Hoek Van Holland. Initially the pour at the restaurant was hazy yellow with only a small white head but then the pour at Zur Wache was much better, there was a huge white foamy head, cloudy yellow, yeast slowly falling into the body of the beer, it looked great. This is a solid Hefeweisse on flavour and aroma, light tang had at but classic yeastyiness with elements of banana and wheatiness and a little background clove, we really liked this, tasted very good and the best of the Martinsbräu beers thus far.

Bottle at Zur Wache, Marktheidenfeld Friday 24th October 2025 after a 7-8 hour drive from Hoek Van Holland. Pours gold/yellow with a large white head, excellent pour, very good Kellerbier, fresh, clean aroma, a little spritzy, soft mouthfeel, nice carbonation. a little creamy soft edge to this, light maltiness, there's a gentle fruity tang.

Wunderbar weich. Wenig, aber schön feinperlige Kohlensäure. Fruchtig, leichte Sektnoten, minimal Balsamico. Ausgewogene Süße. Nur wenig Malz. Hintenraus bitter Noten. Erstaunlich süffig für einen Bock. Gibt aber geschmacksintensivere Starkbiere. Trotzdem kein schlechter Weizenbock.

Swing top bottle, tasted at Watermöll Bels in Vasse (NL). Indifferent aroma. Slight, partly faded hopbitter flavor. A bit sharp on the edges. Thinnish with a touch of dust. Drinkable.
