Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, sweet malt, light caramel, moderate to heavy yeasty, weizen yeast, riped fruit, banana, fruity yeast. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a long duration, sweet yeast, caramel, wheat, weizen yeast, banana yeast, dried fruit - riped fruit. "Martinsbräu Laurenzi-Festbier", Flasche von Getränke Roth, Hösbach. - Satt rotgold, klar. - In der Nase breites helles Malz, leicht bockbierartig-alkoholschwanger, mit Anklängen an Trockenobst und Honig, kaum Hopfen. - Antrunk satt hellmalzig mit Karamel, Honig und Aprikosenkonfitüre. Mäßig süß. Sehr milde, leicht zitrusfruchtige und zart nussige Hopfenherbe. Mild rezent, vollmundig, weich aber ein wenig seifig. Im Abgang recht matte, zart kräuterige und deutlich ranzig-butterige Hopfenherbe. - Schön malziges aber leicht muffiges Festbier. Dennoch angenehm zu trinken.
