Description
Founded by Olivier de Brueker in 2016 the Brasserie Lilloise is a craft brewery located in the heart of the Lille Metropolis (Northern France). We think that to make an excellent beer only the best raw materials should be chosen. The region rich with its brewing history has managed to preserve a know-how that allows us today to use almost exclusively the hops from Boeschepe (50 kms from our brewery), and barley and wheat coming from the Northern France. We are fully committed to work only with the best ingredients, and some nice berries for our Rouge beer! The time and craftsmanship are the keywords.

Cloudy pale golden colour, good frothy white head, mostly diminishing, light lacing. Aroma pale malt, yeast, peach, light banana, coriander. Taste light to medium sweet and bitter, malty, fruity, yeasty. Sweetbitter aftertaste, grainy, fruity notes, orange pith in the finish, medium body, oily texture, average carbonation. Nothing spectacular but a fresh and nice blonde.

330ml bottle in memory of Watty our 9 year old rabbit. Pours misty gold, lots of yeast in suspension, small off white collar. Sweet caramel & bubblegum on the nose. Fairly high carbonation, smooth on the palate, fairly sweet, sweet malt, sweet yeast. Some candy sugar. Decent.
