A hazed golden saison with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with fruity esters, light mineral notes, light resinous notes, pleasant. In mouth, sweet fruity malt with light grassy resinous hops, light fruity esters, pleasant.

16oz shared with Ryan @ Alex's garage. Appearance: brown with a beige head. Aroma: some phenols, sweetness, roasted malts, barrel, a bit of sweet and sour fruits. Taste: bourbon barrel, malty, inky, some bitterness. Overall: it's just ok, not really nicely balanced, doesn't have a nice barrel character, not elegant.

Poured from 473ml can. Very dark brown with small beige head. Mild bourbon, light roast, subtle dark fruits, it's fine, but not a standout in any respects. No Quebec barrel infection at least, which is nice. Rounding up, more of a 3.65.

Hazy blond colour. Very nice aroma, there are piney hops and citrus zest. Dry mouthfeel, crisp, orange peel from the hop, maybe some pine; I like the concept, modern West Coast IPA, but I'd prefer a better hop flavour.
