Description
Created in 2016, the Brasserie is located 5 minutes from the University of Valenciennes-Mont Houy, in the North of France, in the Vallée de l'Ecaillon business park in Thiant. Our company specializes in the manufacture of beers for aging, refermented in the bottle, for natural foaming without the addition of gas, which gives our beer its unique and authentic taste. Sensitive to environmental issues, we only produce organic beers certified by ECOCERT since April 2017, the second 100% organic brewery in the North of France.

Bottle shared. Hazy light yellow with big white head. Sweet wheat, floral, light yeast, doughy, soft spices and citrus zest. Medium sweet and bitter. Creamy medium body. More like a witbier or possibly a wheat ale, this is not an IPA. Also not great.

22/III/19 - 75cl bottle from Abbaye des Saveurs (Lille), shared @ Vetzakkenweekend (Zeeland edition, NL), BB: I/2021 - (2019-400)
GUSHER ALERT! Clear blond to light orange beer, small creamy irregular off-white head, unstable, dissipates quickly, non adhesive. Aroma: fruity notes, peaches, funky, bit malty, grains. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: sweet malty start, grains, fruity touch, pears, bit soapy. Aftertaste: fruity, yeast, some banana, soapy bitterness, meh. Not very convincing.
