Bottle purchased in montreal. Dark copper, with alot of sticky lacing on the glass. Aroma is incredibly sweet, loads of brown sugar, apple pie, and sugar soaked apples. Viscous sticky mouth feel, with loads of caramels. The oak appears in the finish, light wood with some vanilla, and more juicy super sweet apples. The alcohol comes through in the end as it warms my throat. A great desert drink, but in tiny amounts.

Bronze/glld pour, long legs, and lots of alcohol,lacing on the glass. Apple pie aroma, sweet, honey covered apples, and apstries. Mouth feel is thinner than expected. Finish is slightly tart, and quite acidic. Interesting cider, not overly sweet like you often find in the style.

much darker than the normal iced cider, i was told they use double the amount of apples for this one. Its much moe intense, bigger notes of honey, and brown sugar. and so sweet, and also a touch sour, excellent!

huge aroma of apple juice, and honey with an alcohol backdrop. The alcohol coats the glass like a good wine. Flavour is sweet, but enjoyable. Mouthfeel is thick, but not cloying. A nice cider.

bottle as a gift. very very sweet, lots and lots of apples, some peach, extremely sweet in the finish. i haven’t hadmany good ciders but i can tell this is very good quality, and excellent stuff!

Poured from leftovers (thanks fiulijn). Clear copper with no head. Earthy mushroom upfront with sweet stewed apples and light booze. Dry and earthy. Quite different from other Quebec iced ciders, but enjoyable.

Poured from 375mL bottle (2012 vintage). Clear amber with no head. Treacle, cooked apple, sweet and nice.
EB from a few weekends ago. Highly concentrated caramel apple. Amazing!

375ml (thx, Jonathan D.!) @ home. Appearance: clear golden. Aroma: sweet and sour, lots of caramelized apples. Taste: along the same lines, totally flat. Overall: nice thing.
