Bottle 375ml.[ Courtesy of fiulijn ]. Clear sparling, medium orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy apple, dry apple, wood, very concentrated apple - almost light honey. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light acidic with a long duration, apple, tart apple, concentrated apple. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20120420]

37.5 cl bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is dense applefruity, wineous. Sweet, citric and light carbonated. Smooth fruity, sugarish and declining citric into the finish.

Bottle 37,5 cl. Courtesy of fiulijn. Pours a beautiful clear deep golden. Intense apple aroma with a fine balance between sweetness and acidity, sort of a sophisticated apple syrup with vanilla shining through. Warming alcohol in the finish. Delicious. 200412

Bottle 37,5 cl. Courtesy of fiulijn. Label reads: "Domaine Pinnacle Sparkling Ice Apple Wine Summit Selection". Pours a clear golden with a bubbly white head. Sweet and intense apple aroma. Rich body, initially sweet apple syrup, then comes a little acidity and sulphur. Delicious alright, but I think I prefer Ice Ciders non-sparkling. 200412

Beautiful golden color. Nice aroma of apples, strewed apples; not as deep as the Sparkling one side to side, there is a dusty trace too, and light alcohol. Syrupy sweet, with a good flavor of apples, and good acidity level. Very good drink, although not very complex as the best examples.

The bottle reads Summit Selection too; 12% ABV
Golden color, with big bubbles. Very nice aroma of stewed apples, hazelnuts, honey; wonderful. Sweet syrupy; I don’t know if the carbonation helps or spoils the mouthfeel, it’s a personal take; there is a good degree of acidity too.

Taste: Apples with some tartness and a sweet dry finish
