375ml (thx, Mathieu P.!) @ Ryan's after kids' time. Appearance: clear copper. Aroma: sweet and a bit acidic red apples, some apple skins and seeds, pretty complex. Taste: along the same lines, much more intense and complex than cidre de feu. Lots of apple skins, seeds, tannins, and a bit of caramel. Medium to high body. Moderately sweet, less than others in general. Overall: very good.

Poured from 375mL bottle (side by side with Union Libre Cidre de Feu). Clear amber orange with no head. Sweet apple core and skin. Enjoyable, perhaps a bit overly sweet without the backing to create that depth, but still quite enjoyable.

Poured from 375mL bottle (side by side with Union Libre Cidre de Glace). Clear yellow amber with no head. Mild stewed apples, feint acidity. Lacks the complexity of a great iced cider.

375ml (thx, Mathieu P.!) @ Ryan's after kids' time. 13.5% ABV. Appearance: clear golden. Aroma: nice sweet and a bit acidic red apples, a bit of booze. Taste: along the same lines, red apples, moderately sweet, some noticeable acidity, some apple skins and seeds. The more I drink it, the more it's getting to the wine territory to my taste. Overall: pretty nice and enjoyable, but definitely not an overly complex product.

Bouteille 500ml, 2016. Couleur jaune très pâle translucide, absence de mousse. Arôme de pomme fraîche, miel, vin blanc, levure. Goût de pomme légèrement acide, chair de pomme, pointe florale, un peu âcre, plutôt sec. Carbonatation moyenne-élevée, corps moyen. Bien meilleur une fois la lie versée.

Appearance: Dark golden colour with no head.
Aroma: Concentrated apples, some pear, vanilla, oak.
Body: Full body, flat carbonation.
Flavour: Concentrated apples, fruit, pear, vanilla.

Apples, lemon & a hefty dose of caramel. Light minerals, alcohol & lemon zest. Lovely nose to say the least. Sweet & sour taste. Round, viscous & heavy tart mouthfeel. Very light short paper finish but overall a very well made ice cider. Love the caramel.

A hazed pale blonde cider with aroma of pine needles, juniper, grass, tart apples, very nice. In mouth, a nice tart apples with light acidity, light mineral notes, light citrus, very nice. Mondial des Cidres 2017.

A golden ice cider with aroma of sweet apple jam, light gin notes, light juniper, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity apple juice with light mineral notes, light vanilla, alcohol warmth, light mineral notes, nice and smooth. Mondial des Cidres 2017.
