A golden ice cider with aroma of sweet apple jam, light acidity, light maple, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet apple jam with light acidity, light vanilla, alcohol warmth, very nice and warming. Bottle at Mondial des Cidres 2017.

2012. Rich golden colour. Fruity, with mace and cinnamon. Depth, raisins, dates, with a lot of rich sugars. Has good balance, with a lot of spice, a lot of viscosity...really nice.

200mL bottle, pours a clear pale golden. Aroma is very hot, with lots of liqueur (brandy especially), followed by burnt caramel, toffee and stewed red apples. Flavour is quite hot, with lots of brandy-like liqueur, dried fruits (raisins especially), alcohol and caramel. Complex and deep, despite being hot. Relatively low sweetness for this type of infused ice cider. Excellent stuff, though still not at the level of Neige Noir.

375mL bottle, pours a murky amber caramel with a few bubbles head. Aroma brings out stewed apples, caramel, a little burnt caramel too, and a little toffee. Flavour is rather dry and smoky, with burnt caramel, toffee, some raisins and stewed red apples. Quite warming and liqueur-like, with the addition of the eau du vie. Sweetness is relatively low for the ice cider. Complex as hell, though for what it is, it's not in the league of Neige Noir.

200mL bottle, pours a clear golden. Aroma brings out lots of notes of stewed red apples, with residual candied sugar, some toffee and raisins. Flavour is a lot sweeter than the regular Cidre de Glace, with lots of raisins, caramelized pineapple, and some stewed apples. Treacly sweet finish, with a pleasant warming sensation. Marginally better than the non-reserve version. Excellent.

Corked bottle; Reserve 2012
Golden color. Very interesting aroma, sultanas, caramelized pineapple. Very sweet, but not too thick; the caramelized pineapple dominates, it has the right degree of acidity, and the alcohol has a gentle warmth.
Balanced, elegant, vibrant; excellent.

375mL bottle, pours a clear golden. Aroma brings out caramel, stewed red apples, toffee and a little liqueur. Flavour is medium sweet, with caramel, toffee, red apples, and some hot liqueur. Flavour brings out stewed apples, toffee, caramel apples and a little liqueur. Medium sweet, actually less sweet than the average ice cider. Nothing extraordinary, but it's constructed very nicely. Excellent.

Corked bottle
Light amber and copper color. Mild aroma of stewed apples. Quite sweet, below the Ice Cider average though; some stewed apple flavor, some caramelized sugars, some astringency in the final; moderate acidity.
Not the deepest of the Ice Ciders, but a good product for sure.

Bottle - Caramel and rich cooked Apple. Deep gold. Dark and rich caramel sweetness. Super rich and thick with a touch of bitterness in the finish.
