Amber. Very appley aroma, and taste. Has a decent amount of acidity, and a little bit of sweet sugars. Neither the spiciest nor most complex ice cider, but still pretty good.

Corked bottle
Bright sun-light color. Nice aroma of walnuts, hint of vanilla, maple; not much alcohol as the regular Cidre Apéritif. Nice sugary flavor, maple and hazelnut tones, quite some warming alcohol, and tiny astringency in the final.

Golden colour, no head. The aroma is full of cinnamon, and nutmeg. Sugary, rich mapley apple, toffee, light alcohol...lots of complexity here. Woody notes, lots of sugar...sugars coat your mouth. Sweet and with a touch of alcohol.

Bottle - Lots of cooked Apple and sweetness. Clear gold. Cooked Apple and a bit of a boozy sweetness. Much lighter than the regular and tastier.

Dark amber color with red hue. A lot of spirit in the aroma and a bit in the final too, some cider qualities, but not enough sweetness to support it, and not enough Ice Cider depth to make this really interesting; a bit too much astringency in the final; nevertheless it has an interesting biscuit and smoke touch.

Bright amber. No head. The aroma has the alcohol, as you’d expect, along with spice, apple and brown sugar, really rich and toffeeish. Wow - very toffeeish, a lot of intense sugars rolling around the tongue. Cut only by alcohol, the sweetness is pretty intense. It is to the point where the apple actually starts to take a back seat, which is crazy to think about. Excellent.

Golden color, bright. Nice aroma, not as intense as an Ice Cider, but it goes in that direction. Moderate sweetness, moderate body strength, the acidity is quite high; apple juice flavor, but without the stewed apple or caramel depth of an Ice Cider. Mild final astringency.

Bottle - Soft Apple candy like notes. No tanninsand not clocked but candied red apple. Clear gold. Dark and sweet caramel candy apples. Quite different than most ice ciders, but pleasantly so.

Golden colour, no head. The aroma is sweet white sugar and apples. On the palate, sweet, and soft. Very much like apple juice, with a fair bit of sugar, and with just a touch of caramel. Nice, quality cider.
