Sampled at Max’s Rare and Obscure 2016 pours an oily amber with no head. Leggy. Nose is apple sauce, pears, booze, fortified wine. Flavor is apple, spice, some pear, schnapps. Hot and spicy finish.

From a bottle at the RB cider tasting December 2016. Pours A clear rose tinged gold with a scant head. Intense aroma of apple skins. Sweet and tasty.

Warm golden colour. Aroma of apple, apple skins, alcohol. Sweet apple flavour, alcohol, light mango, clean honey. Rather sticky. Bit alcoholic finish, apple, tropical fruits. Nice one!

Bottle at THT thanks to JulienHuxley. Pours clear orange with no head. Aroma of rich sweet red apples, sweet apple rind and sweet pear like aspects. Flavour is light heavy sweet and light sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Sampled from bottle @ Hey Julien is back and Dean’s floor is moist tasting. Clear pale yellow color, no head. Smell and taste are obviously apple but surprisingly strong and I also get strong alcohol. Hmm nice but I’ve had better ones.

Bottle at THT. Beautiful clear golden with just some little particles floating around. No head. Massive massive fresh apple, sour apple juice, honey, fresh apple skin, light brandy and some sour champagne. Sweet and soft sourness. Full bodied with no carbonation. Lovely stuff!

The flavor is delightful; Apple skins, over ripe pears, honey like notes and does NOT end with sugar. Sweet fruit and honey. The 10 % is totally hidden, great sipper.
