Bottle - Toffee, wood and smoke. Cloudy caramel brown with a decent white head. Soft and smokey with lots of woody notes.

750ml bottle at Brian’s office. Hazy amber with a tan head. Aroma is bready, some berries, fruits, and smokey notes. Taste is quite similar, smokey, quite sweet. Quite good.

Amber/brown colour, hazy and a thin head. There’s a lot of smokiness - peaty - with a hint of toffee. On the palate, it comes across thin, with a light smoke, toffee. I’m not sure what to think of this. The aroma promises so much, but the palate ends up a bit thin and weak, failing to deliver that beautiful smoke across the palate effectively.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy dark dirty amber with a small beige head. Aroma brings out lots of the smoky Islay barrels, leather, and some cigarette ash. Flavour is very smoky and ashy, with tons of Islay barrels, some leather and ash. Light sweetness in there, with a very smoky finish. A total smoke bomb. Very nice stuff.

Bouteille 750 ml. Olfactif à caractère fruité et épicé avec notes de gingembre, de cardamone, de gomme baloune, de banane. Tout à fait Belge. Un liquide blond et voilé. Une mousse épaisse et persistante. En bouche, c’est encore une fois épicé et fruité avec une finale sèche agrémentée d’une amertume franche et herbacée. On y retrouve encore les notes de banane et de gingembre, mais un peu moins de cardamone et de gomme baloune. La finale est légèrement herbacée à saveur d’hebes fraîches et de persil. Beaucoup plus Belge que IPA, cette bière demeure néanmoins très rafraîchissante et très goûteuse.

Citrus and florals. Good balance. Orange hazy pour with good head and lacing. Bitter finish with some sweetness like exes who want something. Tangy finish. Bottle.

Canette 355ml. Couleur orangée trouble, mousse blanche. Arôme d’agrumes, orange, houblon fruité, zeste d’orange. Goût d’orange fraîchement pressée, houblon résineux, amertume moyenne-élevée, malt pâle. Carbonatation moyenne, corps moyen.

Can: Poured a hazy bright yellow/orangey color ale with a nice large pure white foamy head with OK retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrus and light tart note sis quite sublime. Taste is a mix of fresh citrus zest notes with light tart notes and some residual sugar notes also noticeable. Body is full with good carbonation. It si indeed close to mimosa then a Berliner Weisse but the refreshing factor is through the roof.

Can - Hay and some citrus with just a touch of skunk. Cloudy gold yellow with a small white head. Grassy, touch of hay and light pith with just a touch of bitterness. Nice.

12 oz can. somewhat clear pour... Aroma is very lemony, citrusy, subtle bread some lactic aromas.
Taste is definitely tropical fruits, weak citrus, and a super weak body in general. Not bad but really not good. meh
