Sampled from bottle @ Hey Julien is back and Dean’s floor is moist tasting. Hazy pale yellow golden color, average sized white head. Aroma is mandarin, yeast, orangepeel. Tastes about the same: yeasty, orangepeel, brett, slightly sourish, but also more bitterness than I had expected.

Tasting at Matt’s
Cloudy pale blond color. Nice aroma, sour, lemony, a bit funky. It’s a bit too yeasty, muddy, moderately sour, with some lemon zest and zest bitterness.
Ok beer, a bit too dirty. It has some off flavors and off aromas.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of white wine barrels, rustic farmhouse notes and light spices. Flavour is along the same lines, with rustic farmhouse notes, moderate white wine, and dry spiciness. Tastes sort of like a Hill Farmstead saison. The wine barrels accentuate the flavour very well. A lovely barrel aged saison.
