Cask at the Southampton Arms, London on 25th March 2025. Clear copper with shallow, yellowy white foam and full lacing. Malty aroma with some pungent yeasts. A sweet spiced maltiness in-mouth and a bitter finish. Light to medium bodied with a smooth mouthfeel.

Very slightly hazy russet brown with a frothy/creamy off-white head. Sweet bready malt with a touch of berry fruit on the nose. A touch fizzy gives a sherbet-like texture, there’s hints of pine and hop bitterness on top of a sweet malt backbone, finishes dry and slightly bitter
