Can from Faisan. Pours a clear copper with three fingers of beige foam that dissipates slowly. Notes of toffee, fig, and faint vanilla. Light toasted malt, with clove and Belgian yeast flavors. Smooth finish but a nice hint of bitterness that provides a touch of dryness on the finish.

Draft and can from Faisan. Pours a clear gold with a full 2-3 fingers of rocky foam that lingers. Lovely notes of peppercorn, clove, banana and herbal notes. Well-balanced on the palate between sweet and bitter. Dry, peppery finish. A well-made nod to the classic Saison DuPont!

Draft at Faisan. Pours a clear yellow gold with a finger of white foam that lingers. Aromas of lemon, orange peel and grain. Light and refreshing, but comes across as a radler almost. Citrus fruit on the finish with some pilsner malt and light grass. Not really what I was expecting but refreshing.

Draft at Faisan. Pours a clear copper orange with a full finger of white foam. Pine, caramel and grapefruit aromas abound. More of the same on the palate, but not overly sweet or cloying. Dry finish with more pine and citrus pith. Very crushable.
