Blind tasting at Papsø’s
Muddy dark amber color; big creamy head. It has a very nice American hop aroma, with fruits (cedar). Good smooth mouthfeel, caramel flavor, just the necessary sweetness; strong hopping, flavorful, resiny and fruity. Very long final. Not original anymore, but surely very pleasant for hop lovers with a touch of sweetness.

Hazy blond color with rather small head. The aroma is hoppy, pungent, with some citrusy fruits, manure. The body is lean, the mouthfeel is rather dry, it has dry toffee flavor, strong but balanced bitterness, with plenty of resins, pungent character, some bitter oranges.
Fresh and very well brewed.

Hazy deep blond color; big creamy head. Good fruity, Simcoe aroma, some sweat, medicinal. Toffee flavor, the strong hopping brings it on the dry side; quite resiny and fruity, bitter orange peel, digestive. Strong, powerful, long final. An excellent hop bomb.

22 oz bottle purchased at Chris’ Liquors in San Diego, California. Pour is slight hazed golden with a nice full formed white head. Aroma of resin pine and some grainy maltiness. Orange peel bitterness. Taste is big and fresh resin hops, with the citrus orange peel and a nice layer of toasty malt holding it up. Hop is pretty dank. Palate is medium, with a long straw bitter finish. Quite drinkable, nice one.
