Bottle. Golden beer with strong head. The aroma is spiced with bready and oatyness. The flavour has a good degree of roastedness, and a vinous nature to the finish as well as a touch of mellow spice. Overall a nice saison. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pretty good beer whatever class it is. Aroma is fresh Hops and malt. Has a nice thick cream colored frothy head that slowly Settles. Taste is somewhat like nose but more complex. More bitter than sweet slightly resinous hop just enough carbonation good body hint of booze in the Finish. Great beer. I think this is a little bit old but still pretty good. I wish I could have found some fresh.

Clear blond beer, small creamy dense yellowish head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: lots of tropical fruits, lovely stuff, mango, bit malty, sweet ripe peaches. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty bitter and resinous from the start, very hoppy, lots of grapefruit, some pineapple, bit sweet, very bitter. Aftertaste: some citrus, bitter, resinous, bit grassy, grapefruit, dry finish, more fruit, good stuff!

Bottle from Beergium. Deep dark brown, almost black beer with nice, clody head. Beautiful beer. Aroma has milk chocolate, roasted malts, coffee, cream and wood. Very nice. Taste is quite dry. It has burnt coffee and hints of milk chocolate, but this turns surprisingly a bit in to watery feeling. Medium body, low carbonation. Everything is fine until the taste turns too watery.

Tap at Sidedoor. Big, juicy passionfruit puree tones. Pretty delicious beverage. Not that much depth, but the flavor is big and tasty.

Bottle. Almost clear brown color, short frothy head. Aroma of minty chocolate, butterscotch and candied orange peel. Like pralines, with amaretto liqour. More roast in taste and dark bread, bit sharp and dry roast. Also some bitterness from the orange peel. Interesting. --- Beer merged from original tick of Night Rain on 16 Jan 2018 at 23:10 - Score: 7
