Description
BRAW is a sandbox occupied by young brewer Emil Rosendahl at Nørrebro Bryghus in Ryesgade since December 2016. In this sandbox, Emil plays around with everything he can get his hands on. He strives to brew high quality and 100% organic beers that can challenge your nose and palate. Everything is done with the bare hands of Emil and his friends in the basement of Nørrebro Bryghus on Ryesgade 3!

Bottle 330ml. @ home.[ As BRAW / Kaiju! Brodan ].Clear dark dark brown colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, light beige head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy malty, roasted - dark malt - chocolate, wood, light caramel. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, dark malt, sweet malt, bread, cookie, caramel - sweet malt, fruity hops, dusty hops, light chocolate - roasted. IMO: more light a mild CDA than a brown ale. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20190527] 7-4-7-3-14

From tap. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is peach and slight grapefruity. Dry, crisp hoppy. Fruity. Juicy. Mellow and lingering fruity. Dry and bitter finish.

Draught @ Taphouse, CPH. Pours slightly hazy golden with an offwhite head. Aroma of malt, grass, sweet fruity hops. Flavor is sweet, light bitter, malt, sweet fruity hops, citrus. Medium body, soft to average carbonation, sweet and light bitter finish. 110519

KØ19. Cloudy deep beet colour. Almost purple. The flavour is citric and dry with a good blackcurrant note.

Draught at KØ19. Funky and citric aroma. Cloudy pale yellow colour. Small stable white head. The flavour is citric, lemony, soapy, slightly funky.

Fra fat på Taphouse, kvelden før kvelden mai-19: lett uklar gylden med ok skum. Friskt anslag med mandariner, tropiske frukter og hint av røde bær. Enjoyable.

100ml draught at Taphouse. Spotty lacing from a filmy layer, cloudy golden body. Inviting aroma of ripe fruits. Ripe lemony flavours with a mandarin touch. Fine bitter ending, mid-dry. Well bodied. Nice ipa. (Copenhagen 08.05.2019).

ABV: 5.0%. Unclear - hazy medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, wheat, moderate hoppy, lemon, lime, zesty, fruity hops, citrus - grapefruit, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast - witbier yeast - saison yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, tart lemon - zesty, grapefruit, lime - lemon. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20190509]
