Clear orange to amber beer, creamy off-white head, pretty stable, non adhesive. Aroma: grains, hay, some caramel. Taste: malty, pretty bitter, caramel. Aftertaste: more malts, caramel, pretty hoppy, hay, bitter, dry finish.

Clear deep blond beer, creamy white head, solid, pretty stable. Aroma: lots of grains, malty, hay, cow fodder. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very malty start, somewhat sweet, bit of caramel, pretty bitter. Aftertaste: grains, some banana peel, hay, metallic, very bitter touch, bit sweet in the finish.

Endlich mal ein zehngrädiges Helles, das einen ordentlichen Geschmack hat, ohne die spritzige Einfachheit dieses Biertyps zu verneinen. Es hatte eine getreidige Tiefe und doch eine spritzige Leichtigkeit. Ein Bier von dem man schnell eines wegzischt, oder/und auch einen Abend verbringen kann.

Eines meiner ersten tschechischen Brauerei-Restaurantbieren, das ich ca 2013 mit einem Kumpel vor Ort in dem alt-ehrwürdigen Wirtshaus trank. Das Bier hatte eine so schöne süffige Schwere und passte so hervorragend zu den servierten (tschechisch-fetten) Speisen, dass ich ganz vergaß, dass es ein Halbdunkles war und dass ich Halbdunkle eingentlich nicht mag. Aber hier schaffte man die Balance zwischen malzig und getreidig-süffig so gut, dass es für alle eine Freude ist.

Draught at the brewpub. Lightly hazy golden, rich creamy head. Strong perfumy aromaof hay and orange. Sweet and oily.buttery with spun sugar Very soft and gentle with lots of oily, orangey, hay-like hops. Bready nad sugary. Intense and tasty, but wel sweet.

Draught at the brewpub. Lightly hazy pale brown, mid-sized head. Caramel, grass and ripe apples upfront. Medium sweet with well rounded medium size body. Grassy hops grows into a really bitter finish.

Draught at the brewpub. Cloudy golden, fair sized creamy head. Mid-strength aroma of hay and orange. Medium sweet with soft and doughymalt.The mild aromatic hops strengthen in a long bitter finish. Seemless and homogenous - a well made well balanced hugely drinkable pilsener!
