2005 bottle, 3rd LCRBM. Apple pie and citrus in the aroma. Sour and syrupy. Very sweet but still perfectly balanced because of the fruity sourness. Citrus, lychee, pineapple, apple pie with a hint of cinnamon. The flavor is very close to perfection.

Recolte 2007, thanks Julien Huxley! Golden color. Concentrated Apple juice, dominant oak and vanilla in the aroma. Liquorish sweet flavor with Apple, vanilla, peppermint and oak. Full bodied. Complex. Vinous. A delight!

Thanks to SinH4 for sharing. A clear amber colour, no head. Aroma intense sweet concentrate apples, sugar, old apples, alcohol. Taste of heavy strong riped apples, sugar, caramelish apples, wood, boozy and sticky.

Taster, thank you so much SinH. Nose is lots of candy apple, peach, pear, smells heavenly. Palate is the most intense apple and pear I have ever tasted. Sweet finish. what an unbelievably tasty treat.

Golden-brown. Nice legs, rich sweet apple, brown sugar, just a touch of spice, rich, but balanced, just a touch of alcohol. Kind of absurd.

Bottle. Pale golden, large creamy white head, good retention. Loads of visible carb. Aroma of dry apples, tannins, hay, funk, earth. Taste is sweet apples, brown sugar, vanilla, earth. Medium bodied, soft high carbonation. Nice. Good pick to celebrate my finishing my 2nd year of law school.

Pours deep clear gold into a snifter. No head. Mackintosh apple juice aromas. Thick with hot sweet apple pie, cinnamon and dry biscuit. Strange and lovely.

Creamy body, with no carbonation. Flavour is sweet fruity notes, with apples, sugar, notes of berries and floral earthy notes.
