In onze brouwerij gaat het in de eerste plaats om kwaliteit. Het is dan ook de bedoeling om hoogwaardige bieren aan te bieden die gebrouwen zijn in onze eigen brouwerij op basis van eigen recepten.

Dit kan enkel door gebruik te maken van de beste ingrediënten, kleinschalig te werken en vooral door onze jarenlange ervaring te combineren met heel veel enthousiasme.

Onze hop wordt geselecteerd samen met de hoppeboer op onze Belgische velden.

330ml bottle. Pours dark brown with a large head. Aroma is caramel, raisin and cinnamon. Taste has caramel to start and a warm cinnamon finish.

hazy golden colour, moderate sized white head; aroma of floral and yeasty notes, some orange peel oils and coriander; taste of malty-honey sweetness, orange peel, some coriander, hinty of apricot and peppery-alcoholic aftertaste; enjoyable, though obviously far from the top 50 of the style

hazy brown colour with reddish notes, huge, dense yellowish-beige-ish head; aroma of dried plum, raisins, apple notes, licorice and anise, some biscuit and nuts; taste has the same notes and so e dark chocolate; enjoyable, though obviously not a masterpiece

Bottle from LDW, Eke. Hazy brown colour, beige foam. Nose of metal, rust, caramel, plums. Taste is sweet caramel, lots of coriander, some metallic notes. Not very well balanced, not a very nice dubbel.

Bottle from Geers. Hazy red colour, lots of pink foam, disappears quickly. Sweet, fruity nose, lots of honey and sweet cherry. Taste is also very sweet, no tartness, very light bitterness. Not very nice.

27/I/18 - 33cl bottle from Geers (Oostakker), shared @ home - BB: 9/IV/19 (2018-36)

Pretty clear pale pink beer, big creamy white head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: little fruity, some cherries indeed, bit lemony, candy, bubble gum. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: yeasty, bit sourish, soft bitterness, bit sweet, some candy. Aftertaste: little sweet, soft acidity, some marzipan, very watery impression.

Bottle from LDW, Eke. Dark brown colour, beige foam. Very spicy, sourish, some cocoa and caramel. Bit messy winter beer.
