Draft - Hippy nose with some caramel. Clear gold with rich long lasting head. Creamy cask like mouth feel. Piny taste a little too bitter but nice malts that balance taste.

Draft - Sweet roasted malts with a clear dark amber hue and nice persistent head. Nice malty notes with a balanced bitterness. A nice brown if not plain.

Draft - Artificial lemony citrus. Gold clear thin head. Again that artificial citrus overwhelms and disappoints.

Golden coloured body with a hint of a cloudiness and a thin, one centimetre tall off-white head that fades very fast. Aroma of VERY VERY strong citrus, metal and distinct lemon pledge cleaner. Medium-bodied; Strong lemon pledge flavour with a pungent and overpowering citrus and metallic note with a lot of bitterness, some soap flavours and a lot of herbal and grassy notes that shows off even more of the unpleasantness. Aftertaste is even more potent with the off-flavours running rampant - the grass, citrus, cleanser and herbal flavours show off way too much, only a hint of the hops come out at the end. Overall, not such a great beer - way too herbal and grassy plus showing too many off-flavours (Cleanser and soap) to be worth anything. This wasn’t worth my effort on bringing back across the country - so if you can find it locally, it might be worth sampling, otherwise, pass this up and try something else. I sampled this twelve ounce bottle purchased from Belmont Station in Portland, Oregon on 28-February-2012 for US$1.65 sampled at home in Washington on 22-May-2012.

12 oz bottle. Aroma is grainy, citrus rind, wet river rock, perfumy and floral--all of this there but pretty faint. Pours hazy orange-gold with a thin white collapsing head. Taste is bittersweet and to style, if a little bland. Has an earthy flavor. This is a simple, easy-drinking, thirst-quenching beer. Tasty with not much complexity.

Bottle. Pale orange with thin fast dissipating white head. No lacing. Aroma is grass and citrus, mainly naartjies. Hoppy flavour with a middle of the tongue maltiness. Quick departing hop finish

Bomber from Brewforia. Pours copper/amber with a light beige head. Aroma of caramel, floral and citrus. Med body with foamy carb. Flavor is floral, caramel, resin/citrus(I have this problem with those flavors). The finish is like a fine barley wine - almost brownsugar. But with a heck of a lot of hop. It’s just not NW burning/harsh bitter hop. This is very nice stuff, and I think it’s underrated. Trust me on that. IMG me if you disagree.

Bomber from Brewforia. Pours hazy amber with a foamy off-white head. Aroma of earthy/floral hop over mild caramel. Med body. Flavor is floral with some herbal aspects. A little earthy. Then it grabs with an herby astringency. Very interesting and different. A bit challenging, but very drinkable.
