Description
Formerly known as Shepton Mallet Cider Mill. After Matthew Clark was acquired by Constellation Brands in 1998, it consolidated its cider production at Gaymers in Shepton Mallet. In 2010, it sold the business to C&C Group in January 2016. In the same year Brothers Cider bought C&C Group's cider operations in Shepton Mallet.

Can. golden colour with a white head. Aroma is sourness, apple, yeast, fruit. Flavour is sourness, apple, yeast, fruit. Medium body. OK cider.

Bottle. Light golden color with almost no head. Aroma of sour apples, citrus, earthy notes. Taste, sweet apples, citrus. Light bitterness in finish. Not tasty.

Can. Yeasty apple aroma. Golden with a small white, quickly dissipating head. Bland apple flavor, with a light citric tartness. Sharp carbonation, slightly dry finish. I’ve had worse, I’ve had better.

Bottled. Yellowish golden colour, no head. Arom is sweet apples, some mild vinegar, vanilla and mild tartness. Flavour is rather similar ending in a quite dry way. A bit too vinegary to be relly pleasant
