Power tasting at Ryan's, bottle
Dull light brown colour (doesn't look appetizing). The aroma is a bit minty, with Saisons elements. Light body, moderate acidity, some orange peel, a bit piney and minty, not the achillée flavour I was used to, maybe hidden by the rest.
Not bad.

Poured from 750mL bottle (pkg 22/04/2021; ABV listed as 6.5%). Hazy gold with small white head. Funk, buckwheat honey, rustic saison yeast.

750ml (thx, Alex M.!) @ Ryan's with Andrey and a gang. Appearance: a bit hazy blonde with a white head (much hazier when all the stuff from the bottom got into the beer). Aroma: lots of farmhouse notes and bugs. Taste: lots of fermented honey with lots of buckwheat, not sure I like the latter though as it's a bit over the top IMHO. Overall: not bad.

Clearish gold with a decent white head. Touch of funk and nice sour notes. Touch of honey with a light funk and long finish. Definitely flavourful, but well made and pleasant.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy bright yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out fermented out honey and wheaty notes. Flavour is similar, with fermented out honey and rustic saison yeast. Gentle honey-like sweetness on the finish that mixes well with the saison yeast. Well-done.

Poured from 750mL bottle (bottled 02/02/2021). Hazy golden orange with small off white head. Brett, herbal, hint of pine, rustic yeast, quite nice.

Murky gold with a rich beige head. Soured herbal and white grape notes. Slight soured, herbal and a touch bready. Decent.

750mL bottle, pours an opaque dark amber orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out oak barrels, rustic saison yeast, and some spicy floral notes. Flavour is spicy and floral, with rustic saison yeast, some black pepper, light floral notes, and oak. Fairly herbal, spicy, and floral. High carbonation, with a spicy, somewhat floral finish. Not all that complex or cohesive—the adjuncts don't totally work for me—but the punchy carb is good. Solid enough.

750ml (thx, Alex M.!) @ Ryan's with Andrey and a gang. Appearance: dirty cloudy copper with a huge tan head. Aroma: brett and herbs, pretty pleasant. Taste: along the same lines, just has an appropriate level of herbs and brett. Overall: good one.

Bottle: Poured a golden color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of rustic malt notes with some light funky ester and light peach notes. Taste is also a mix of light epic notes with some rustic cereal notes and light funky ester. Body is about average with good carbonation. Solid farmhouse beer with nice addition of peaches.
