Nice ceramic bottle with a red-wax top. Pours a clear golden colour. Smells like rich natural fresh honey with some apples hints. The taste is quite the same with the sweetness of the honey. Thankfully not very syrupy, so the finish is not thick. Makes this easy to drink.

Verre de 2 onces au Lagabière. Couleur jaune doré translucide. Arôme de miel de trèfle, alcool. Goût de miel, chaleur d’alcool, sucré. Corps moyen-dense.

Bottled at Ottawa gathering. Clear amber, no head. Maple syrup, wax and ice cider up front. Very sweet with full body and sticky mouthfeel. Lots of maple syrup, concentrated apples and honey. Warming finish.
