Can: Poured a clear golden color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of rustic malt notes with light peppery yeast notes and some very faint grape notes. Taste is a mix of rustic malt with peppery yeast notes and dry floral herbal notes with some very faint grape notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Enjoyable saison with nice dry finish but can’t say the grapes played in a big role in the overall flavours.

A hazed golden ipa with a thin creamy lacing white head. In aroma, grassy hops, cereals, pleasant. In mouth, a nice mix of resinous hops, mint, cereals, smooth. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with cereals, mint, herbal hops, pleasant. On tap at l'autre oeil.

A deep dark stout with a thin lacing mocha head. In aroma, chocolate malt with dark fruits, light vanilla, coffee, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet chocolate malt with dark fruits, coffee, alcohol warmth, molasses, very nice and rich. On tap at l'autre oeil.

Aroma of rustic malt notes with light peppery yeast notes and some herbal hops notes. Taste is a mix of dry rustic malt notes with some herbal hoppy notes with a dry aftertaste. Body is about average for style with excellent carbonation. Super enjoyable dry rustic saison with great yeast signature and just enough hops to create additional complexity.
