Can from Marche Gendreault. Hazy medium amber with a large foamy off white cap that hangs around, resulting in stringy lace. Nose is bright tropical fruit and citrus peel with some resin and floral notes. Light sweet malts with a big bitterness with grapefruit, pineapple, tangerine, pine and melon. Mouth is medium and sticky with average carbonation and a long bitter finish. Warming. Solid. 9-/4/8/3+/16

Can: Poured a mostly cloudy and hazy yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy floral undertones with some light tropical notes is quite pleasant. Taste is also a mix of citrusy hops undertones with some light tropical fruit notes and light residual sugar notes. Body is pretty full for style with good carbonation. Solid NEIPA but still missing some hops dominance before joining the best of this style.

Can: Poured a hazy yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of floral hoppy undertones of citrus and light mango. Taste is also dominated by citrus floral undertones with some hoppy tropical notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Enjoyable but falls a little bit short on texture and hops dominance.

Can from the LCBO. hazy medium gold with a one finger long lasting white head that leaves stringy lace. Nose is bright tropical fruit and citrus with some bread. Light+ sweet malt and fruity under a medium+ grapefruit and grass bitterness. Mouth is medium and juicy with average carbonation and a lingering bitter finish. Tasty. 8/4/7/4-/15

Pours a hazy golden-orange colour with a foamy-creamy off-white head, good stay and loads of soapy lacing that sticks. Light grassiness aromas among all that fruitiness with citrus and tropical fruits. The taste is juicy with all of these fruits and again, the grassy hops mild in the back. Fairly balanced between wet and dry, so goes down normally. Not the most juicy NEIPA, but quite good all-around.

Can that pours a dark brown with a small amount of cola highlights. Beautiful big creamy warm-beige head with great retention and loads of bubbly-creamy lacing. Wonderful aromas of roasted malts with fresh green hops that are quite strong. With time, this calms down and cocoa powder shows up blending the chocolate notes and grassiness. Flavours of the roasted malt base with strong bitterness from the hops. And these lingers. Dry enough, but not maximum dryness. Just a really bitter Black IPA that is very drinkable.
