This is a little stronger variation of the "Svitle". Similar malty aroma of grains (especially corn). Light body. Sweet malty flavour with minimal sourness. Hardly any hops. The finish is absent. Some years ago I would probably like it. It’s not the case now.

CAN 50 CL. Nice malty aroma, clean, a hint of dusty grains. The flavour is less interesting: light sweetness, some fruitiness or honey malts, husk, mineral water, a touch of hops (or maybe not).

0,5 l bottle, bought at Grüne Woche 2015, Berlin. Pours out in a dark brown, think it´s unclear, with a tanned short living head. Grassy herbal on the nose. Taste is more herbal, coriander, sweet, low malt in the second row. Nearly no bitterness. Sticky to the end.

0,5 l bottle, bought at Grüne Woche 2015, Berlin. Murky pale yellow in the glass, big white but short living head. Yeast, wheat and coriander on the nose, like a belgian wit.Taste is more citrus fruity, little bit chemical, then the coriander starts for a short time. Some mazipane hints. Flat dry low bitter ending with citrus background. Not really complex but better than expected.

Die Ukraine ist nicht unbedingt für gutes Bockbier bekannt und auch dieses wird daran nichts ändern. Es ist primär süß und hat ordentlich Alkohol, was vielleicht bei manchen Ukrainern in der Provinz festliche Gefühle auslöst, aber aromentechnisch ist es einfach nur plump.

0,5 boks (takk til Petro!), på hotellrom i Haugesund: lett uklar lys gylden med fint (men kort) hvitt skum. Luftig og frisk, fruktig aroma med citrus og koriander. Litt banan i tillegg i smaken. Sommerlig blomstereng i ettersmaken gjør den meget lettdrikkelig. Perfwkt etter en 3 timers orkesterøvelse.

High beige head on dark brown liquid with copper reflexes. Dark malts in aroma. Also fruits and alcohol. Dammit, it’s a wine! There are hints of herbs and plum. It’s sweet. Tastes a lot like wine. Not bitter at all. It’s alcoholic too. Very smooth texture, really low carbonation (almost none), medium to full body.

Flaske delt med Petro etter konsert des-14: brunlig med fluffy beige skum. Frisk og lett syrlig, bæraktig aroma smak. Fint karbonert med slank munnfylde og frisk ettersmak med snev av bjørnebær.

Many thanks to dnicolaescu for this bottle! Smooth malty beginning. Fresh herbal and malty mainpart. Not too intense herbal, but nice malty without being too sweet. The aftertaste has hints of dark malt together with fresh and (I like them) medicine-like herbs. Very interesting combination. Great brew! Not too sticky-sweetish with a nice and full body.
