(Bottle 50 cl) Dark caramel colour with a creamy, beige head. Sweetish caramel colour. Very solid body with plenty of roasted malt and - again - caramel. Warming alcohol and a dry, hoppy finish. Very classical Bock - if not exactly sofisticated. 251205

Can. Powerfull citrusaroma, mostly orange like. No yeast. Good head but mostly deminishing. Bad flavour!!! No hops watery and lactoacetic. To watery palate. Not a good beer.

A hazy light orange beer with a creamy off-white head. The aroma is very spicy with coriander coming thru, but also some banana, and orange notes - seems like a mixture of styles between wit and hefeweizen. The flavor is sweet wheaty with some notes of oranges, lime, as well as hints of banana and some spices, leading to a dry but fruity end. The flavor is closer to that of a hefeweizen than a wit. The mouthfeel is very smooth.

Beautiful russet beer; cream to amberish head, dense, leaving some lace. Rather surprising grassy nose (was expecting caramel, etc.), and smoked in the way a mild Islay malt would waft. Nice. Typical toasted malt flavour surrounding a quite sweet, toffee-like beer, but ending in a quite bitter palate. After some time, the caramel becomes apparent, but never becoming cloying. Just the bitterness is too unrefined metallic, rather than hoppy. Rather thin body. Lots of flavours, but not really supported - as a murdercase based on circumstantial evidence. Certainly a decent Vienna. Could live with more InBev stuff like this.

Fully cloudy orange-yellow beer with greenish shine; dense off-white head. Flowery, but rather overpowering nose of coriander, clashing with the "Weizen" image. Later some other spice too, exotic, but sweet , mixing with some fruity esters, orange and banana. Dry bitterish overlapping flavour on a more citrussy background, all overpowered by masterful strokes of all(faults)-obliterating coriander. Dryness has some spicey notes, coriander of course, but also nutmeg. Palate is probably its best feature, some body yet refreshing. Well... InBev has kept some Belgian reflex after all, it would seem. Just wish it were some other. USA guys, whaddaya say, we give you the coriander, we’ll take the Kudzu vines, OK?

(Bottle 50 cl) Clear, dark golden with a tiny head. Alcoholic nose. Flavours of sweetish malt and tons of alcohol. Rather raw, bitter finish - only drinkable while very cold. 160805

500 ml can, bought in Denmark. Cloudy golden colour, fizzy. Frothing initially large head that soon subsides. Decent wheat aroma with citrus and coriander. Flavour has not much going for it, not offensive but not great either. Some citrus and coriander, but not much. Fairly bland. Mouthfeel remains fizzy throughout. Not much aftertaste either. An OKish thirstquencher, but not a beer to search out.

(Bottle 50 cl) Dark amber colour, slightly hazy with a small, beige head. Loads of caramel in both aroma and flavours. Pronounced sweetness from the roasted malt and a completely absent bitterness. Delicious, almost candy-like feel to this - and hence perhaps a wee bit too sweet. 260705

A deep red beer with an orange head. The aroma is sweet with primary notes of careamel, while the flavor is sweet with notes of caramel and roasted bread, leading to a dry end.

Can. Metallic, citrusy aroma. Quite unclear yellow colour. Small white head. Good mouthfeel. Flavour is also citrusy, and slightly metallic. I like the citricness, but otherwise, the flavour is a little dodgy.
