Bottle. Slightly unclear golden body with a big, dense white head. Aroma is fruity, sour berries and acidic with minerals. Flavor is refreshing fruity, acidic and minerals. Something here reminds a bit about dry white wine. Feels quite clean within the BW segment. Medium body and decent aftertaste. Refreshing.

Fra flaske på Maritim Ølsmaking ombord på Fridtjofen des-16 (i så hyggelig selskap at nesten alle ølene smakte riktig godt!): brunsvart med tett skum som oppfører seg eksemplarisk helt til bunns. Cremet munnfylde og smak med kaffe, bær og hint av furunål. Nydelig balanse, saftig og kraftfull.

Nice light brown slightly bubbly-creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish roasted, dark malts, licorice, grass, minerals, weeds, sour coffee, bark, dark sugar, leafs, hops. Taste is dry sour-ish mineraly, weeds, grass, minerals, sour-ish roasted grain, licorice, hops, leafs, sour coffee, soil, bark, pine needles. Medium to longlasting bitterness, sour-ish harsh mineraly mouthfeel. Fair enough, but not really my cup of tea.
