Bottle. Creamy White good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy sour aroma. Moderate bitter nice saison sour flavor. Average moderate bitter fniish. Oily palate.

Bottle: Poured a clear dark brown color ale with a nice light brown foamy head with good retention and light lacing notes. Aroma of chocolates notes with light roasted malt is pleasant enough. Taste is also dominated by black chocolates notes with light dry roasted malt notes. Light coffee notes can also be distinguished. Body is a bit light for style with good carbonation. Not bad but can’t say that I can taste the popcorn and the body is too thin.

KØLF 2812.14. Golden colour with a white head. Aroma is malt, hop, caramel, grapefruit. Flavour is sweet, malt, hop, peaches, malt, hop, grapefruit, citrus. bitter finish. OK beer.

Flaska från SB. Smak och doft av citron, mandarin, yuzu, grapefrukt, med toner av ananas, apelsin och gröna äpplen. Fin syrlighet, torr, lagom söt, beska med smak av citronskal och grapefrukt, frisk och välbalanserad. Mycket gott!

Bottle at the 4th Copenhagen Beer Celebration, Session 2, 01/05/2015. Lightly hazed golden with moderate off white spotting. Nose is big on sour fruits, sherry tang, pissy citric, damp wood. Taste comprises pisy citrics, wood must, light spice, apple orchard, basil. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, semi drying close with light acidity. Ok.
