On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy pale yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has lots of earthy wheat with a decent amount of cucumber supporting. Flavor is more cucumber forward with a light wheat backbone.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a near clear light gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of earthy wheat with a hint of cherry underlying. Flavor is mainly wheat with a touch of earthiness and a bit of bread.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear deep amber brown with a light brown head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of smoke and bacon with bread and a bit of sweet grains backing. Flavor has a good amount of bacon with earthy bread and a touch of smoke.

Sampled from the tap at the St. Paul Summer Beer Fest. Pours a cloudy pale straw like yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma is has a bit of yogurt with a bit of light tartness and some wheat. Flavor combines wheat and yogurt with just a hint of of tartness underlying.

Full pour at the brewery. Tall but thin, lacing head. Color looks a little dark and nearly opaque. Some hops in the aroma, and it has that pilsner flavor. Palate seems a little strange for a pils, I would call it thick. ok.

Sampled from the Firkin at Happy Gnome Firkin Fest 2015. Pours a murky amber brown with a slight peach hue and a bubbly white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a lot of chocolate with some bread notes, a bit of dark grain and growing raspberry. Flavor has has more raspberry with some chocolate and bread as well as a touch of earthiness.

Sampled from the tap at Winterfest 2015. Pours black with a dark brown head that dissipates ot the edges. Aroma has a good amount of smoke, light roasted malts and dark grains underlying. Flavor is a touch thin with roasted malts, light toffee, light smoke and dark grains.
