330mL bottle, pours a hazy dark orange amber with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of red berries and other such fruits, very subdued English-style hops, and big bready caramel malt. Flavour is likewise very fruity, with red berries, some citrus fruits, big bready malt, toasted caramel, and very subdued English hops. Doesn’t strike me as an IPA—more like some malty ale of some sort, but then again, this is imported to North America, so who knows of the freshness (says best before Nov 2026). Pretty solid for what it is though.

Pours light golden, slightly hazy, with a big white head. From,a of spice, bread malt, some coriander. Taste has a spectacular grainy body, coriander, complimented by orange. Palate has lingering citrus, some spice intermingled. Excellent.

Malts, some roastedness, sweet candy fruity notes. Not very Belgian. Can't fin oranges.

Deep brown colour with a mediumsized off-white head. Aroma is spicy, some oranges and mild toffeeish tones with a bit nutty elements too. Flavour is quite similar to the aroma with some chocolaty tones to it.

Again not a bad, it could have more aromas, decent pale ale, side of hop, malty and a bit sweet for the style, 20.05.19, in one bar at Freiburg, shared with one ex ratebeerian to exchange some beers.

2011. 15 years old. Split with Alex and Mads M and later Peter S.P. Depth. No head. No carb. Oxidation but not more than intented to begin with. Dark fruit, Tobacco, wood, molasses. A scent of cough medicin that vanished after a while. Huge sipper. 4.4
