Bottled. Reddish brown, lively head. Acidic, lemony nose. Dry and light bodied with soft mouthfeel. Lightly roasty with strawberries and some toffee. Low bitterness. Drain pour was my first thought, but as I the sips went by I got quite fond of this beer’s obscure characteristics.

Bottled. Lightly hazy golden, small head. The aroma is lightly orangey and heavy on yeast. It is overly sweet with notes of honey and bees wax(?!). Clean mouthfeel, some cardboard in the finish.

Densely-sedimented pale tan colour with a thick, fluffy head. Aroma is slightly lactic with pears, yeast. Similar palate. Soft body. Yeast, fruity-hoppy and light bready notes. Off-dry finish. OK session Belgian.

This beer was bought one month ago, kept at 4C and it is already off. Yellow hazy in colour, with a tart sweet smell. Lactic acid comes out in the mouth making this beer closer to a white or a Geuze (from the same area as St-Antoine, nudge nudge). Need a fresh bottle.

The head collapsed quickly, the nose was slight, a bit lemony, very thin in the mouth, not outstanding

Holy crap I'm going to write more than Martin T! Light hazy tan. Fresh, fruity, flowery hop nose w/ toasty biscuits. Yeast, flowery, curranty palate. Refreshing, tasty. The second English-style golden ale from Quebec...I reiterate my enthusiasm for this development.
