Bottle from Papsoe, thanks! Brown color. Caramel in the aroma. Caramelly seet flavor, buttery with bitter nuts and chichory. Sticky mouthfeel.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a cloudy, deep golden with a rich and lively white head. Sweet fruity and slightly spicy nose. Rich, sweet, malty body - biscuits and toffee. The ingredients list doesn't mention any honey and spices so I assume there's none - although I could've been fooled. Vague late bitterness. 240619

Bottle 500ml. @ home.[ As Klosterbryggeriet Sundowner ].ABV: 5.5%. Clear medium to dark brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, caramel, brown sugar, caramelized malt. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, brown sugar, caramelized malt, caramel, light milky sour. Klosterbryggeriet Blond 10 År Bottle 50 cl. Pours a hazy golden with a white head. Odd spicy nose, overripe fruit – bordering a rotten note. Rich, sweet, malty and fruity body with a lowish carbonation. Thick, syrupy, almost cloying and very far from refreshing. Hardly any hops at all. 110219 4/2/4/2/8=2.0

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a pitch black with a delicious, creamy and lacing cappuchino-style head. Soft vanilla and cocoa aroma. Medium body, again a soft milk chocolate and mellow roast, slightly sweet with no discernible hops. Very smooth drinking. 080219

Bottle@Jespers - Black pour with a tan ringed head. Roasted and sweet malty with some notes of chocolate and caramel, some burnt malty accents, medium to full body, dark malty finish.
