Bottled, 0.5l. Clear pale golden color with mid-sized frothy white head and heavy carbonation. Aroma of grassy hops, grains and with slight papery note. Tastes sweetish malty and corny, while finish is dry, crisp and lightly bitter. Light bodied, thin texture and lively carbonation in palate. Nothing special, regular mass produced lager...

I am not a fan of non-alcoholic beers. But this one for a short time taste like a real beer, but like every non-acoholic it’s just too watery. This one have some sweetines in it.

Notes from january 2010. Something like Pan lager but more watery. I don’t even understand why they make this. I see now that this beer is retired. Smart thing.

Yellow lager color with heavy carbonation. Sweet grain and some herbal hops. Simple beer, almost the same as Pan Zlatno.

500ml bottle. Solid croatian lager, but not something extra. Sweet and medium carbonation. It’s not bad, but it’s really boring beer. It’s only good to make you not thirsty.

Bottled500ml. -from local Konzum supermarket. This supposed to be second year of mass production of radler in Croatia. So far almost 20 different macro Radlers, and here’s another one. Hazy darker orange coloured, small white head, Fanta nose. Not much of beer here; more sweet than acidic orange taste with surprisingly low carbonation. Sweet finish. One-dimensional even for radler.

Draught at Caffe Bar Dobardan, Velika Gorica. Dark brown coloured with red glare, medium sized off-white head, light malty caramel nose. Sweet malty, caramel and mild nutty taste with slight metallic notes. Also hint of chocolate in the finish. Not bad at all.

Draught at Caffe (sic!) Bar dobardan, Velika Gorica. There have been rumors about it for over a year, brewed specially for the Ice Fever series of matches in Zagreb by the Medveščak hockey club and I’m damn surprised, positively, to see it elsewhere. It poured a very dark red body, with a lasting off white head. Malty nose, slightly fruity but generally empty. Empty sweetish malty taste, creamy but devoid of any normal characteristics of the style. Just empty. Carlsberg Croatia has been making some of the more palatable macro stuff here recently, bit disappointed that they failed here, but this is still a big step forward for the macro scene so thumbs up in that department!
