Bottle at Istria trip. Hazy goldish without head. Aroma won’t amaze you as well, it’s more sweet than hoppy. Taste unremarkable, bitter, dry finish. Nice try though. May work well for Adriatic summer.

5.4% alk.

Bottle (thanks laura). Pours amber brownish. Aroma is farty, sour, caramel. Flavor is sweet, caramel, malt, some sourness. Overall: feels quite off, but still drinkable-ish.

Nov. ’16. On tap at Leopold’s, Split. It poured a hazy orange body with medium sized head atop. Light citrus and pine aroma, pleasant with a touch of chalky yeast. Flavor was lightly bitter, pleasantly rounded as the regular one, only more chalky with made it a bit smoother, but didn’t dampen it too much nor impair in any other way. Full bodied hoppy pale ale, with distinct citrus notes in the finish. Also wrote in my notes how I was glad to see their regular pale ale stabilized after varying a bit downwards. True to this day.

Draft. A hazy golden beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of spices, pine needles, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, pine needles, straw, and malt, leading to a bitter finish.
