On tap at the CDMX brewpub, pours a clear gold, white head. Nose has lemon, maybe green grape, grass, herbs. Flavor has the grass and lemon, a bit more pithy. Dry and bitter finish. A bit tannic. 7 3 7 3 13

Roast and some caramel. Ok porter. Not a great degree of balance but not bad either. Slightly cloying aftertaste. Bittersweet finish with some coffee. Bottle at Colectivo Mexicano Cervecero.

A golden barleywine with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, sweet caramel malt with resinous herbaceous hops, light mineral notes, light treacle, nice. In mouth, sweet caramel malt with light butterscotch, alcohol warmth, light vanilla, pleasant. On tap at brewery.

A hazed golden ipa with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with grassy floral hops, light citrus, pleasant. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with light citrus floral hops, grapefruit pulp, nice and smooth. On tap at brewery.

Orange peel and some pepper. Caramel. Golden pour with good head and lacing. Some sweetness in finish that is otherwise bitter. Good, like amped up version of their nice apa. Tap at brewpub.
