750ml bottle pours out hazy golden topped with a fizzy white head. Nose is nice sweet tart balanced apples. Taste is more of the nice sweet and tart apples a little spice and plenty depth.

0.75l bottle courtesy of BuckeyeBoy. Murky dark orange-golden body, off-white head, gone soon. Fresh apple aroma, smooth, tannic. Well carbonated, leathery, sweetish taste, pleasant red apple profile. Well balanced, tart, astringent but it makes sense. Great stuff!

Poured from 750mL bottle (2016 vintage). Hazed yellow with minimal white head with a touch of sediment. Apple core, hint of funk on the nose, feint oak, minerally and dry, okay.

750ml @ Sales Force. Appearance: hazy straw with a quickly disappearing head. Aroma: quite funky, dry, nice apples with a little sweetness. Taste: quite dry and carbonated, a bit of funk in the taste, a bit of apple and barrel, tannic. Overall: ok.

Opaque pale yellow. The aroma has a fair bit of oak, and also some apple. On the palate, it's fairly dry, plenty of tannins, apple skins. Good complexity.

# 2577; 9/2021. Apples, chalk in aroma. Hazy ochre body; white head fast disappear. Sour apples, slightly tanin. Good cider but nothing memorable. 0,75 l, bottle, shop whit bio-food, Rudná u Prahy (Bohemia, CZ).

Bottle, 750ml corked, at home 10/10/16. Lightly hazed orange with a reddish glint and an off White cap of bubbles that lingers at the edge. Nose is funky apple, straw, farmy, light smoke, Bakewell tart icing. Taste comprises tarte apple, straw, earthy apple orchard, subtle glazed cherries, light balsa wood, tangy fruits. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Great balance to this number, never gets too sweet, very subtle cherry. I’d rate more ciders if they were like this !
