(Bottle) Pinkish orange colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity nose with red apples, blood orange and spices. Fruity taste with notes of red apples, spices, blood orange, a touch of strawberries and a generous acidity in the finish. Light body, with a certain sweetness. Well balanced and refreshing. Nice one.

75cl bottle from Biocoop Hazebrouck. Pours a clear deep gold. Aroma of fruit harvest, breezy medium apple. Carbonation seems a little low, things a little subdued in general, a gentle murmuring sweetness with a lick of honey, no tannin, seems to lack a bit of life I'd say.

Bottle from Biocoop shared. Clear golden with short lasting head. Crisp apple, a zesty touch, leathery, dry oak, earthy, chalk, watery apple peels. Just medium sweet, light bitter and sour. Crisp medium bodied, solid medium dry. Not bad, but not as sweet as I expected from a medium dry.

On corked was write: 2020. Pyszny cydr takie wlasnie lubie, niby pol slodki a nie za slodki i fajna dzikosc i cierpkosc, niesamowicie ekstraktywne, pelen miazsz. Piana w tym ekologicznym cydrze byla wielka niczym skala przemocy ,k a moze i bezradnosci poprawnie politycznego rzadu francuskiego. Opada szubko niczym fala nielegalnych imigrantow ktorzy szanowac prawo eropejskie maja gdzies, a Francja niestety na to zezwala bo nie wiele daje ta wprowadzona pozno policja, coz no ale kolejnego lyka warto wziasc w przeciwienstwie do wpuszczenia kolejnego takiego muzulmanskiego imigranta nie tylko do Francji, do Wloch, Grecji i innych krajow, coz dziekuje Francji za takieggo wspanialego tresciwego cydra, w przeciwienstwie do pani Angeli czy Macrona nie bedzie za totalitarna nazistowska polityke.
