Enjoyed at the Loon. Pours a hazy golden-orange-red colour with a fizzy white cap, disappearing quickly and no lace. Sour nose with earthy and strawberry notes. With all of this, you can feel the beets overall. Sour taste with some decent vegetable notes in the finish. Quite a different, very interesting beer and worth trying. You can really feel the beets as the brew warms up.

Enjoyed at the Hooch on my first visit there. Pours a golden colour with a white cap and small lacing. Decent hop aromas with mild grain. Same for the taste with a nice balance between grassy hops and the cereal grain. Nice bitterness. An easy-drinking IPA that is still above bitter, without being a hopbomb.

Now called "Speakeasy Red". Hazy copper-amber colour with a beige bubbly head, average stay and good creamy foam lacing. Loads of red apples in the aromas with other fruity malts and notes of bread. Nice cereal malts with the apples and good hops. The mouthfeel is dry, but refreshing. Quite a nice red, easy-drinking ale with tons of fresh red apple notes.

Pours a very dark brown colour with a beautiful creamy-foamy head, great retention and lacing. Nice soft roasted malts and hints of apples after breathing a while. The taste is porter-like with some good dark fruits over the roasted malts with some light grass in the finish. A little oily in the mouthfeel with a small dry finish. A nice, not too thick porter that goes down beautifully with decent hops and fruits.

Slightly hazy light-golden colour with a frothy white cap, good retention and thick foam lace. Fruity grain malts, but not sweet, actually mild. The taste is stronger with the grain and nice fruitiness, citrus notes in the finish. Refreshing mouthfeel with a light dry finish. Pretty good refreshing blonde ale and a great experience for my first from this new local brewery.
