Draught Small white rim; ochre-golden beer, clear. Grapey, almost lambic-y nose, with farmyard odours. Wheat also present. Honeyish "lambic", but nowhere sweet. Finish is pure lactic acid with astringency and dry-out effect. Light body, not very carbonated. Quite OK! If I may give one remark: it is tagged as a blended beer, but it has still many features of unblended "lambic". It misses the integration a real gueuze has.

Draught Small white rim over faintly veiled golden beer with a greenish sheen. Rather neutral nose, slightly sweetish, earthy - like the fig plant, rather than the fruit. Dried figs, with all the sugars taken out, leaving an earthy, aromatic residu. Grapes too, and figskins. Light, ultra dry, bit dry-out effect. Ab-so-lu-te-ly unique beer, flavours never experienced before. Must try.

Can sample at a tasting at Lauter. Thanks Daria. Cloudy yellow. Smoked sausages, some hops, some sweetish malt, bitter finish.

Can split at the 2nd CBJ tasting, thanks to Tipple, 31/08/23. Black with a big old lasting khaki head. Nose is cocoa powder, pine nip, charr, dark malts, spice. Taste comprises dark malts, charr, spice, grapefruit twist, caramel, pine needle. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with earthy hop bitterness. Decent CDA.

Hazy yellow colour with thin head. The brewer advised that the fig leaves add a coconut taste and that's very true. Behind that a nice citric acidity. Coconut not my thing unfortunately.
