Bottle from Kappldav123. Golden color. Grassy aroma with a hint of citrus. Firm grassy hopbitter flavor, flowing into an almost herbal hopbitter finish. Thin to medium bodied.Herbal pilsener, maybe a bit low on carbon, but nonetheless well made.

Bottle 33cl.Clear light to medium brown color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sugar, smoke - bacon smoke. Bottled@Fonefan. Amber colour, small beige head. Aroma is smoked wood, some quite baconlike notes as well. Flavour is tar and smoke along with some caramel as well. A bit to the sweeter side of the smoked Germans.

Draught at Leipziger Bierbörse 2009. Looks red in the glass, like a kriek. Dry-fruity aroma. Tastes also dry, only modest fruity. Not really like elder. Yeasty finish with notes of strawberries. Not really exciting.

Bottle, 6.5%. Clear dark brown colour. The flavour is slightly sweet, quite malty. Dark malts, some pepper, only slightly sweet. Well-balanced. Tastes of more than its 6.5%.
