Malty boozy sweetness, dry lemony bitterness. Medium to full bodied, oily texture, soft to lively carbonated, dry malty toffee citrusy finish. Tasty Dunkler Bock, quite drinkable, balanced and not that heavy as expected.

Malty taste with notes of wort bread, caramel, burnt sugar, dried fruit, prunes, nuts, orange peel and a mild herbal bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Well balanced, but not very complex. Mainly about caramel sweetness. Quite nice.

Bottle, thanks to my parents. Color: Dark copper to ruby, beige head. Aroma: Sugary, caramel, dark malt. Taste: Malty, sweet (too sweet) sugary, a lot of caramel, hints of chocolate. Medium sweet, light hopbitterness. Just over medium body, below average carbonation. Too sweet for me and lacking excitement.

Big thank you to kappldav123 for this 0,5 l bottle. A darkest red brown in the glass, one finger foamy pale beige head. Malty smell, increasing plum fruity, sweetness. Taste is also intenive malty, dark fruity, sweetness, some wood in the background. Little bit alcoholic. Low carbonation. I like this stuff.
